Augustus Brown Pool reopens to the public today, Oct. 14, at 2 p.m.

Augustus Brown Swimming Pool is operational again after City and Borough of Juneau facilities maintenance fixed issues with the boiler. The facility temperatures have stabilized and Augustus Brown is resuming normal operating hours starting today, October 14, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Please note these upcoming schedule changes at both pool facilities:

On Friday, October 15, Dimond Park Aquatic Center (DPAC) will close at 1 pm for a high school swim meet.
On Saturday, October 16, DPAC will be closed all day for Glacier Swim Club time trials and a high school swim meet.
Monday, October 18, is Alaska Day. DPAC is open holiday hours 12 pm – 4 pm. Augustus Brown Pool is closed all day.
