Assembly makes appointments to Systemic Racism Review Committee

The City and Borough of Juneau Assembly appointed Ivan Nance and Gail Cheney to the Systemic Racism Review Committee. The appointments were made during a Special Assembly Meeting held Thursday, February 17, via Zoom.

Nance’s term begins immediately and ends June 30, 2023 and Cheney’s term begins immediately and ends June 30, 2024.

The Assembly would like to thank those individuals who are willing to serve and submitted applications for consideration. CBJ has a number of boards, commissions, and committees with vacant seats on a rotational basis.
