The public is invited to a public meeting Tuesday, May 4, at 12-1:15 p.m. to learn about the Centennial Hall Civic & Arts Center Expansion Project. This is a repeat of the April 29 meeting for any members of the public who were unable to access the original meeting due to the Alaska Communications outage.
The Centennial Hall Civic & Arts Center Expansion Project is exploring conceptual design options to expand Centennial Hall to add meeting rooms and performing art spaces that were identified by the New JACC Partnership, Travel Juneau, and prior studies on Centennial Hall needs. The meeting will include online polling on key points as well as opportunity for Q&A.
Presenters include CBJ Architect Nathan Coffee, the Partnership’s Bud Carpeneti, Juneau Arts & Humanities Council Executive Director Nancy DeCherney, Travel Juneau Executive Director Liz Perry, NorthWind Architects’ Sean Boily, and Jensen Yorba Wall Architects’ Corey Wall. Technology for the meeting will be provided by Lucid Reverie’s Pat Race.
