The Regular Planning Commission meets August 8, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting held both in person and via Zoom Webinar link and will be to discuss a Variance to lot coverage limitations and a Conditional Use Permit for mixed use development.

This hybrid meeting will be held in person and by remote participation. Huna Totem Corporation Mixed Use Permit (USE2023 0010)

The project proposed development of mixed use, including retail, community park, cultural/science center, and associated parking on an approximately 3-acre waterfront site.
