2023 Juneau Affordable Housing Fund Applications Open August 7

UPDATED 8/14/23: The public meeting has been rescheduled for Friday, August 25 at 3 p.m.

The application period for Round 3 of the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund will open Monday, August 7, 2023. Application forms will be available on the JAHF website.

The Juneau Affordable Housing Fund allows for-profit developers, non-profit organizations, public and regional housing authorities, and tribal governments to apply for grants or loans to cover capital costs associated with the development of housing.

Recently, the CBJ Assembly committed $1.1 million from the Fund to be used in a competitive funding round that will take place this fall. Funding will be available to developers that want to utilize the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund to create affordable and middle-income housing opportunities.

The 2023 Program Description & Guidelines are available online. An informational public meeting about the application process will be held on August 28 August 25 at 3 p.m. via Zoom.
