Due to error, 105 Valley homes received incorrect property assessments

City and Borough of Juneau 2021 Property Assessment Notices were sent out yesterday. Due to a clerical error, the fair market value of about 105 homes in the Northeast Valley were drastically overvalued. The error has been corrected and new assessment notices will be mailed Monday, April 5 to each property owner whose home was impacted.
