The Regular Planning Commission meets May 24, 2022, at 7 P.M. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting held both in person and via Zoom, and will be to review revisions to the Alternative Development Overlay District (ADOD) downtown.

Revision to the Alternative Development Overlay District (AME2018 0004)

This revision to the ADOD will be looking at the amendments for a Draft Ordinance. The discussion will cover topics such as what the current version does, revisions to the ADOD map boundaries, analysis, and future amendment considerations. Considerations are being discussed to determine if revisions are consistent with the built environment and neighborhood character, as well as establishing standards to reduce research and interpretation, saving time, costs, and providing consistency.
