Learn about composting in Juneau on August 8

The next Sustainability Session is on composting in Juneau. The session is taking place on Thursday, August 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mendenhall Library.

Lisa Daugherty from Juneau Composts! will discuss curbside composting efforts underway in Juneau, and innovative compost policies and programs across the country. Come with questions and ideas on how Juneau can expand composting in the community.

Sustainability Sessions are sponsored by the Juneau Commission on Sustainability, an advisory committee of the City and Borough of Juneau Assembly.
