This Project consists of demolition of existing roof assembly down to plywood decking and replace with asphalt shingle roofing assembly including insulation, plywood sheathing, new ridge and roof to wall vents, gutters, downspouts, roof anchors and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This project will include limited removal and reinstall of mechanical hoods and vents and removal and reinstallation of electrical items.
