Reconstruction of Crest Street from Yandukin Drive to Old Dairy Road. WORK will include replacement of the water main and services, replacement of 18-inch AC sanitary sewer main and services, and installation of a new storm drain system. WORK will also include replacement of the roadway subbase to a depth of 24-inches, resurfacing with asphalt cement pavement, and the addition of curb and gutter with sidewalk along the West side of the roadway.
