The project will replace finishes and materials where water damaged has occurred.  Replacement items include carpet, linoleum, rubber base, gypsum wallboard, plywood underlayment, acoustical ceiling tiles, and plastic laminate casework and countertops.  The project also includes associated electrical and other Work to execute the repairs as depicted in the Contract Documents.
