The WORK includes reconstruction of Columbia Blvd from the intersection of Birch Lane to the intersection of Mendenhall Blvd and Poplar Avenue from the intersection of Columbia Blvd to the intersection of Mendenhall Blvd, and Mendenhall Blvd between Columbia and Poplar. Work generally includes excavation, 2” minus shot rock with D-1 base course, storm drain improvements, replacement of existing water main, new water services, curb box replacement, new sewer main line installation, new sewer services, new manholes, asphalt pavement, asphalt sidewalks, standard curb & gutter, valley gutter, mailboxes, traffic control signs and other miscellaneous related WORK.
