Phase 1: This work phase is to be used by the Contractor to complete the administrative and
materials submittal process, to order materials, to mobilize to the site and to begin work on the
construction of the Airfield Lighting Regulator Vault (ALRV).

Phase 2: Work to be completed in this phase will include the relocation of Taxiway D1, the
rehabilitation and extension of Taxilane H and the completion of the ALRV.

Phase 3: Work to be completed in this phase will include the realignment of Taxiway E and the
rehabilitation of Taxiway A.
