Demolition of existing 5,400 square foot ballasted IRMA roof assembly at the BRH-Medical Arts building and installation of 80 mil PVC roof assembly including new insulation, roof drains, modification of overflow scuppers and parapet cap, fall restraint system, and associated metal flashings and fabrications.
