Demolish exterior concrete board cladding assemblies including existing substrate, batt insulation, metal trim and flashing.  Install new exterior metal siding assembly including water barrier, metal flashings, fasteners, trim and accessories per the plans and specifications. Demo eight (8) existing exterior windows, flashings, hardware, gap insulation, sealants and salvage existing interior wood trim. Install eight (8) Owner furnished aluminum clad operable wood windows with vapor barrier, shims, all flashings including head flashings with drip edge, insulation, backer rods, sealants and accessories.   Replace water damaged interior wood trim with new where existing is not salvageable. Finish/refinish all interior facing wood to match existing adjacent finishes.
