The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, for the pavement and drainage improvements on Goodwin Road from Blueberry Hills road to the end.

The scope of construction work includes:

• Replacement of road base, curb and gutter and pavement,
• Drainage improvements
• Water system replacement
• Sewer System Improvements
• Replacement of Sewer Pump Station Pumps and controls
• Replacement of Sewer Forcemain
• Miscellaneous other improvements necessary for a complete project.
