Proposal of Usage:
Lease of parking lot for an estimated 12 months from approximately July 1, 2020 through approximately June 30, 2021 for parking during construction of Arts Plaza on site of current parking lot.

Sealaska Heritage Institute (SHI) plans construction of an Arts Campus and underground parking facility at the location of the current parking lot at One Sealaska Plaza. During construction, alternate parking will be required to for employees of Sealaska Corporation, SHI, and tenants of the building. SHI proposes a one-year lease of the property at 450 Whittier St. for this purpose.

Additional Comments for CBJ Staff to Consider:
A. The layout SHI received from CBJ (Dan Bleidorn) is for 64 parking spaces, including one ADA-compliant accessible space.
B. Traffic arrows in the parking lanes should be opposite to those indicated in the layout.
C. Check will be hand-delivered to CBJ office.
