Proposal of Usage:
AT&T Mobility proposes to lease a 30' x 40' area for a new communications facility. The proposed location is inside the CBJ Parks Department outdoor storage yard. Access to the proposed lease area will be through a proposed gate along the rear fencing of the property to allow for 24/7 access without interfering with the CBJ operations. The proposed communications facility will consist of a 100-foot monopole with antennas and ground equipment inside the fenced lease area. Utilities are to be trenched from the existing transformer/fiber pedestal just South of the Library. Any disturbed asphalt will be repaired per CBJ requirements. See Site Sketch uploaded for more details. A comprehensive set of drawings will be completed once the survey of the property has been completed.
