UPDATE: Telecommunications Outage in Back Loop Area

UPDATE (Aug 16, 3:00PM): Service should be restored to the area. If residents are still experiencing service interruption, service providers have asked that residents contact them directly.

CBJ is aware of the telecommunications outage in the Back Loop Road area and understand the impact this is having on the neighborhoods and recovery efforts. The service providers involved are working diligently on the issue and estimate that it should be resolved today (Friday).
