
See updated Centennial Hall expansion concepts at May 27 public meeting
The public is invited to a public meeting Thursday, May 27, at 6 – 7:15 p.m. to learn about the Centennial Hall Civic & Arts Center Expansion Project. This meeting is a follow-up to the initial meetings in late April and will focus on refined concepts based on public input. Register in advance for the meeting here. The Centennial Hall Civic & Arts Center Expansion Project is exploring conceptual design options to expand Centennial Hall to add meeting rooms and performing art spaces that were identified by the New JACC Partnership, Travel Juneau, and prior studies on Centennial Hall needs. The meeting will include online polling on key points as well as opportunity for Q&A.
Presenters include City and Borough of Juneau Architect Nathan Coffee, NorthWind Architects’ Sean Boily, and Jensen Yorba Wall Architects’ Corey Wall. Technology for the meeting will be provided by Lucid Reverie’s Pat Race.
