Reminder: COVID-19 vaccine clinic is at Centennial Hall, NOT Bartlett Regional Hospital

For health care workers and adults age 65 and older who have an appointment at the January 15-17 COVID-19 vaccine clinic, the clinic is at Centennial Hall, NOT Bartlett Regional Hospital. Here are some other notes:

• Please arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time, and wait in your car until your exact appointment time. Follow signage for parking and directions to entrance. If you supplied a mobile phone number, you will receive a text notification to tell you that it is time to enter the building. If you did not supply a mobile number, walk in at your appointment time.
• Face masks are required for the duration of your appointment. You will be screened upon arrival, including a temperature check.
• Consider wearing clothing that will make your upper arm easily accessible. Bring a photo ID.
• If you traveled into Juneau within 5 days of your appointment and should be strict social distancing per State of Alaska Health Orders 6 or 8​, please use the link in your confirmation email to cancel your appointment, or email [email protected]. Strict social distancing cannot be maintained at the vaccination clinics this weekend.
