Recycle your Christmas Tree Jan. 9

Dispose your Christmas tree for free on Saturday, January 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by dropping it off at CBJ’s former Household Hazardous Waste site at 5436 Commercial Blvd.

Trees cannot be taller than 9 feet or larger than 8 inches in diameter at the base. Also, trees must be free of decorations or other foreign materials as they will be chipped and used by Juneau Composts.
