Please move vehicles for snow removal in Douglas tonight, January 21

CBJ Streets & Fleets Maintenance will perform snow removal operations in the downtown Douglas area from 6 p.m. tonight, Sunday, January 21 through 8 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, January 22.

Snow removal will focus on 2nd Street.

Residents and vehicle owners on this street are asked to move their vehicles in advance of this work so snow can be cleared as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Vehicles left on the street will impact operations and cause delays in the snow removal process.

Residents are welcome to park vehicles in the Savikko Park lot while snow removal is underway.
