Modification of Conditional Use Permit USE2020 0027 access requirements from one ingress/egress to two: Ingress off of Main Street and Egress onto Front Street (USE2021 0001)

The applicant requests a modification to previously- approved access to surface parking from one ingress/egress on Front Street to two. The proposed ingress would be through a driveway off Main Street, and the proposed egress through a driveway onto Front Street. Approval of the modification would allow for greater maneuverability within the parking lot and easier access.

Complete street and underground utility maintenance (and replacements as necessary) on Calhoun Avenue (CSP2020 0011)

This project will rehabilitate the road prism and drainage, replace the water and sewer systems that have exceeded expected service life, replace sidewalks, and repave the roadway. Surface improvements include widening the sidewalk as much as possible. Phase 1 is from the Governor’s Mansion to Cope Park. Phase 2 is from the Governor’s Mansion to Main Street, and only requires minor utility improvements.
