Mill Campground To Close for Season on October 15

Mill Campground will close for the season at 12:00 p.m. noon on Saturday, October 15. The last night to camp at the campground will be Friday, October 14. All campers should finish removing their belongings from campsites and food storage lockers by noon on October 15.

Mill Campground is operated by a cooperative agreement with Alaska Electric Light and Power/AJT and CBJ Parks and Recreation Department. SEARHC, Juneau Police Department, Juneau Alliance for Mental Health, the Glory Hall and Capital City Fire and Rescue provide valuable and needed support to the campers throughout the summer.

The Mill Campground is scheduled to reopen in mid-April 2023.
