How to stay up-to-date on State of Alaska’s Douglas Hwy & Egan Drive projects

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities has two big projects in Juneau this spring and summer that could impact your daily commute – the Douglas Bridge and Highway Resurfacing and Sidewalk Repairs, and the Egan Drive Main Street to 10th Street Project. Both projects will cause intermittent service changes to City and Borough of Juneau’s Capital Transit. Those changes will be announced as needed.

Here’s how to stay up-to-date on the State of Alaska projects:

• Douglas Bridge and Highway Resurfacing and Sidewalk Repairs – Construction started on April 26.
