How the public can participate in Bartlett Regional Hospital’s CEO hiring process
The last steps in a nationwide search to replace recently retired Chief Executive Officer Chuck Bill at Bartlett Regional Hospital will take place March 19-20. On Friday, March 19, the public is invited to observe virtual assessment exercises with the three finalists for the next CEO and, later, to meet the candidates at a masked and socially distanced in-person event. On Saturday, March 20, the Hospital Board of Directors will interview the candidates in executive session.
Please see the agenda below for opportunities for the public to observe the candidates and provide the Hospital Board of Directors feedback. The three candidates are Christopher R. Bjornberg, Medical Center Director for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Walla Walla, WA; Rose Lawhorne, Chief Nursing Officer at Bartlett Regional Hospital; and Shawn Morrow, a CEO with Intermountain Healthcare in Utah.

5:00 – 6:30 pm Meet the CEO Finalists. The public is invited to meet the CEO finalists at the Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall at 320 W. Willoughby St.
The CEO candidates will be available to meet and have short, one-on-one conversations with those in attendance. There will be an opportunity to provide the Board with feedback regarding the candidates.
All attendees will be screened at the door and will be required to wear a mask and remain 6 feet apart from others in attendance.
