Free Movie in the Park at the Field House on Tuesday, October 18

The City and Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation Department will present a free Movie in the Park, “Frozen II” (PG), this Tuesday, October 18. The movie will be shown at Dimond Park Field House, 2961 Riverside Drive. There are two show times available and both are free thanks to our presenting sponsor, Glacier Pediatrics.

• Sensory Friendly Movie: show time is 11 a.m. The volume will be turned down low, subtitles will be on the screen and some of the lights will remain on. Kids are welcome to get up and move around. If you do not have sensory needs, please attend the traditional showing.
• Traditional Movie: show time is 1:30 p.m. The lights will be off and the volume up for a more traditional movie experience.

Doors to the Field House will open 15 minutes prior to show times. No reservations are required; simply show up. Please note, no food or drinks (besides water) are allowed on the turf in the Field House. Feel free to bring chairs, pillows, blankets, or sleeping bags.
