Drop off your pumpkins at Juneau RecycleWorks November 1-15

Juneau RecycleWorks is partnering with Juneau Composts to open pumpkin drop-off bins at the Recycling Center, located at 5600 Tonsgard Court, from Wednesday, November 1 through Wednesday, November 15. This is the third year RecycleWorks and Juneau Composts have worked together to collect and compost pumpkins.

Pumpkins must be free of all decorations, including paints and candles. Drop-off bins will be located at the RecycleWorks HHW facility (follow the signs past the main Recycling Center facility) beside the Recycling Center building and open during regular Recycling Center hours of operation:

Tuesday – Friday        7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Saturday                      8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Recycling Center is closed Sunday and Monday.
