Docks & Harbors Board proposes changing fees; public invited to comment
The City and Borough of Juneau Docks and Harbors Board is proposing regulation changes related to fees. The public can submit comments up to 4:30 p.m. on February 24 or can comment during a public hearing at a February 24 Board Meeting at 5 p.m. via Zoom.
Amendment of Title 05, Chapters 15, 20, 30 & 40: Fees and Charges – Application of Consumer Price Index
The Docks & Harbors Board is proposing to annually adjust certain fees according to the Consumer Price Index for Urban Alaska as reported by the Alaska Department of Labor. Amendment of Title 05, Chapter 15: Fees and Charges
The Docks & Harbors Board is proposing to amend Dockages Charges (05 CBJAC 15.030) by raising certain fees. Read the Notice of Proposed Changes to Regulation to see which fees could go up. Read the full proposed regulation.

The Docks & Harbors Board plans to take final action on the proposed changes at the February 24 Board Meeting. If they’re approved by the Board, the proposed regulation changes will move to the Juneau Assembly for final approval.
