Delayed start for Parks & Rec facilities on January 24

At this time, Parks & Rec facilities are scheduled to open no earlier than 8 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, January 24.

Expected opening times are:

• Dimond Park Aquatic Center: 8 a.m.
• Dimond Park Field House: 9 a.m.
• Mt. Jumbo Gym: 9 a.m.
• Zach Gordon Youth Center: 11 a.m.
• Treadwell Arena: 12:15 p.m.

Depending on how weather conditions develop, these facilities may ultimately be closed to ensure the safety of patrons and staff alike. This decision will be made no later than 6 a.m. tomorrow, January 24. Please check the CBJ Newsroom or the Parks & Rec Facebook page for the latest updates.
