Capital Avenue Reconstruction: Temporary Road Closure Thursday and Friday, July 21-22

Capital Avenue, between Willoughby Avenue and West Ninth Street, will be closed to through traffic at the Village Street intersection from 7:00 am Thursday, July 21 through Friday, July 22. Access to Village Street via Capital Avenue will remain open. The public is advised to use Glacier Avenue to access the Flats neighborhood during the road closure.
The pedestrian corridor across Capital between West Eighth Street and Distin Avenue will remain open. Please follow directions and use caution when in the vicinity of the work area.
