Auke Lake buoys removal happening Sept. 26

Park rangers are removing the Auke Lake buoys today, September 26th.  The gate at the launch ramp will remain open until further notice.  Please obey the no wake zones near the launch ramp and at the north end of the lake.  The no motorized vessel closures that are 100 feet from the eastern lakeshore and 300 feet from the western shore remain in effect.  Refer to the map near the launch ramp or at http://www.juneau.org/parkrec/documents/2017AukeBrochure.pdf  for a complete list of lake regulations.
