Auke Bay Zoning & Overlay District Proposals Postponed to June 22

The CBJ Community Development Department is proposing new zoning districts and an overlay district for a portion of Auke Bay. Originally, these proposals were going to be heard at the June 8, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. However, the hearings have been postponed to a Special Planning Commission meeting on June 22, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. to allow more time for public comment. This will be a virtual-only meeting.
