Marie Drake School Fan Replacement and HVAC Control Upgrades - Bid Cancelled

Remove existing pneumatics and DDC controls and replace with new integrated DDC controls. Mechanical work includes replacement and/or the consolidation of several Air Handling Units along with upgrades to the hydronic system throughout. Provide Electrical power and Communications work related to Mechanical work. Provide abatement of hazardous materials, cutting, patching, priming & painting of walls or ceilings where controls, thermostats and HVAC related components have been demolished or installed.
