| Comments/Summary: | This Emergency Operations Plan provides the framework to guide the CBJ’s response during an emergency to save lives, alleviate suffering, minimize property and environmental damage, and to provide a recovery effort that restores the community to a pre-disaster state of normalcy. The plan conforms to the National Response Plan, and the National Incident Management System. This plan, adopted via Resolution 2766 on September 12, 2016, supersedes the CBJ Emergency Operations Plan dated July 15, 2003. |
