Hospital Week continues with a thank you to BRH Environmental Service workers

As part of Hospital Week 2020, CBJ wants to thank the staff at Bartlett Regional Hospital who’ve have been working around the clock to make the hospital safe and expand its capacity for care, like Environmental Service workers, Marino Cambaliza and Dex Revestir.

Marino and Dex have been extremely busy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We make sure our hospital is sanitized and free from COVID-19,” says Dex. Cleaning a possibly COVID-19 exposed room takes extra time: “We need to wait one hour before we enter the room to allow the air to filter,” explains Dex. It then takes another two hours “to clean everything very well,” Marino adds. Thank you Dex and Marino and the rest of the Environmental Service staff at BRH.
