The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and perform all Work to construct a parking area adjacent to the entrance to the Hank Harmon Rifle Range. Work shall include the removal of an existing gate, the installation of a new swinging gate, excavation of a berm and subgrade, placement and compaction of shot rock and base course, shaping a drainage ditch, placing boulders and removing and relocating signage. The work shall be performed according to the attached drawings.
