Applicant is seeking an easement across the city-owned Lot 39 of U.S. Survey No. 3058 for ingress/egress, drainage, and utilities for an existing driveway and utility corridor. This driveway has been in place and in constant use since before the CBJ acquired the property from the State of Alaska. Attached here is an Easement Exhibit map which should be attached to an easement signature document.
