Regular Planning Commission Meets September 8, 2026 — Here’s How to Weigh In 

The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, September 8 at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers and online. This meeting will be held to discuss a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP).

Conditional Use Permit (USE2026 0003) 

A proposal for a Conditional Use Permit to provide for the stabling of farm animals for personal use in a D-3 zone. The applicant has requested the Conditional Use Permit as they are proposing to exceed the threshold of three farm animals allowed by CBJ 49.25 Article III.
