Regular Planning Commission Meets October 13, 2026 — Here’s How to Weigh In 

The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, October 13 at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers and online. This meeting will be held to discuss a Rezone and a Sand and Gravel Extraction permit.

Rezone (AME2026 0001) 

Rezone of approximately four acres of land in Rural Reserve to Light Commercial. 

Sand and Gravel Extraction permit (SGE2026 0003) 

Applicant requests a 10-year extension of the existing USE2016-0004 Sand and Gravel Extraction Permit for Upper Lemon Creek with modifications to conditions and expansion of the extraction area to include two adjacent parcels in a Rural Reserve zone.
