Regular Planning Commission meets June 25, 2024. Here’s how to weigh in.

The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting held both in person and via Zoom Webinar link, and will be to discuss a zoning upgrade request in Auke Bay and a permit modification for Ridgeview subdivision.

Zoning Upgrade Request (AME2024 0001)

Rezone 1.96 acres from D1(T)D3 to D3 on Glacier Highway west of Auke Bay.

Ridgeview Building B (ARF2024 0001)

Modification to ARF2024 0001, located at 7400 Glacier Highway, to shift building east and provide underground parking.
