Regular Planning Commission Meets June 23, 2026 — Here’s How to Weigh In
The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers. This meeting will be to discuss a State Project Review for construction of a modified intersection, a Non-Administrative Variance to reduce a rear yard setback, and a Non-Administrative Variance to increase the maximum height of an accessory use structure.

State Project (CSP2026 0001)
Applicant requests a State Project Review for construction of a modified partially signalized intersection at Egan Drive and Yandukin Drive.
Non-Administrative Variance (VAR2026 0001)
Applicant requests a Non-Administrative Variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 10 feet to two (2) feet in an Industrial zone to build a storage building with a caretaker unit.
Non-Administrative Variance (VAR2026 0002)
Proposed Non-Administrative Variance to increase the maximum height of an accessory use structure from 25 feet to 28.46 feet in a D3 zoning district to build a new accessory use structure for the receiving, uncrating, integration, pre-assembly, and staging of electronic communications equipment before deployment to remote sites.
