Alternative Residential Subdivision Modification request to increase surface parking and modify open space on Glacier Highway in a D18 zoning district.
Eaglecrest (USE2023 009 & CSP2023 0001)
Eaglecrest Ski Area is applying for a City Project Review & Conditional Use Permit (concurrently) to develop a number of amenities, including the following:
- Gondola with base station, upper station, and supporting structures
- “Summit House” warming hut
- Construction access roads
- Mountain bike trails
- Two Upper Fish Creek bridge crossings (each approx. 40 feet in length)
- Picnic pavilion near Cropley Lake
- Snow tubing park
