The following items are scheduled for a public hearing by the City and Borough of Juneau Alaska Assembly, on Monday, October 26, 2020. The full agenda and packet material for this meeting will be posted on the CBJ website at https://juneau.org/assembly/assembly-minutes-and-agendas by close of business on Friday, October 23. Members of the public wishing to provide public comment during the meeting are asked to call the Municipal Clerk’s public testimony request phone line at 586-0215 by 3p.m. the day of the meeting or send an email to [email protected] and provide their full name, email address, the phone number they will be calling from, and the agenda topic(s) on which they wish to testify. Emergency Appropriation Resolution 2916 An Emergency Appropriation Resolution Appropriating up to $79,300 to the Manager as a Grant to Southeast Alaska Food Bank to Address Food Security Needs Among Vulnerable Populations During the COVID-19 Pandemic; Funding Provided by the CARES Act Special Revenue Fund.

Emergency Appropriation Resolution 2917 An Emergency Appropriation Resolution Appropriating up to $85,000 to the Manager as a Grant to St. Vincent de Paul for COVID-19 Related Costs for Sheltering, Food, and Support to Vulnerable Populations; Funding Provided by the CARES Act Special Revenue Fund.

Ordinance 2019-06(AN) An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $8,350,000 as Funding for the City and Borough of Juneau’s Fiscal Year 2020 COVID-19 Related Costs; Funding Provided by Federal Revenue and State Revenue.
