Regular Planning Commission Meets June 9, 2026 — Here’s How to Weigh In

The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Chambers. This meeting will be to discuss a Conditional Use Permit for amendment of exiting hotel approval, and a final plat review for an Alternative Residential Subdivision.

Conditional Use Permit (USE2026 0005) 

Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for amendment of existing hotel approval (USE1999-50) to include four additional guest rooms, restaurant, bar, and small-scale retail.  

Final Plat Review (SMF2026 0006)  

Applicant Requests a final plat review for an Alternative Residential Subdivision creating 42 residential lots and a single parent lot in a D15 zone.
