This Project consists of abatement, demolition and renovation of architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical components in the existing Level 3 East Wing of the Medical Surgical Unit, and related WORK in the ceilings of Level 2, as described in the Contract Documents. Additive Alternates include Level 3 Solarium work and renovation of portions of Level 2.
