Learn more about the Comp Plan Update, meet the project team, and share your thoughts on the future of North and West Douglas. Our goal is to gather feedback on matters important to you, such as housing, roads, recreation, tourism, and more!
What:
Public meeting on the future of North and West Douglas. Click here to download the Agenda.
When:
5:00 – 5:30 PM Open House (In-person only)
5:30 – 7:00 PM Facilitated Listening Session (Hybrid)
This meeting will focus on three main topics:
- Housing and Infrastructure: existing neighborhoods, future development, utilities (~20 minutes)
- Transportation and Roads: bridges, bench road, public transit, safety, (~20 minutes)
- Tourism and Recreation: public facilities, parks and trails, tourist activities (~20 minutes)
- Open Comments, if time allows
Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per comment. Anyone wishing to provide additional comment or unable to attend the meeting can send written comments to [email protected]. Written comment cards will be available at the meeting.
