THIS PROJECT HAS A REDUCED BID PERIOD. Marie Drake Fan Replacement and HVAC Controls Upgrade - REBID: Work to be completed over 2 summer breaks. Work includes removing existing pneumatics and DDC controls and replace with new integrated DDC controls. Mechanical work includes replacement and/or the consolidation of several Air Handling Units along with upgrades to the hydronic system throughout. Provide Electrical power and Communications work related to Mechanical work. Provide abatement of hazardous materials, cutting, patching, priming & painting (per revised specification 017300) of walls or ceilings where controls, thermostats and HVAC related components have been demolished or installed.
