Design Services for Spruce Lane Reconstruction

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for the Spruce Lane Reconstruction project.

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including constructability review, neighborhood outreach and coordination assistance, for the pavement, drainage, water and sanitary sewer improvements on Spruce Lane.

The scope of construction work includes: pavement and drainage improvements on Spruce Lane off of Mendenhall Loop road. Other elements of this work will include, replacement of the water system and partial replacement of the sanitary sewer system including some manhole rehabilitation and or replacement and miscellaneous other improvements necessary for a complete project.

The site of the work is on Spruce Lane off the Mendenhall Loop Road in the Mendenhall Valley area of Juneau, Alaska.
